About David Jacobs

David Jacobs graduated from the University of Rhode Island in 1967 with a B.S. in civil engineering. He went on to earn an M.S. in transportation engineering from Polytechnic University of New York, an M.S. in industrial engineering from Columbia University, and a Ph.D. in civil engineering from the University of Connecticut. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Connecticut and New York. He worked for 40+ years for Metro-North Railroad Company, and is currently adjunct professor of civil engineering at the University of Hartford. He is also the long-time president of the American Revolution Round Table of New York.
