About Kelly J. Sullivan

Kelly J. Sullivan is a professional writer based in Rhode Island. The author of 15 books and thousands of newspaper and magazine articles, her work has been published in the U.S., England and Scotland. Winner of the Kraft National Writing Award and the New England Press Award, she has written for print, television, radio and film. Locally, Sullivan writes weekly history columns for The Cranston Herald, The Johnston Sun Rise, and The Warwick Beacon. Her latest book, The Pest Collection, is a novel set in Rhode Island, based on the mental healthcare system at the turn of the nineteeth century.
