Leo Caisse earned a BA in history and MA in American History from Providence College. He has authored ten historical articles published in the Barrington Times, Pawtucket Times, the East Providence Historical Society Gazette and America in WW II Magazine. The latter article, "Ears on the World: Stateside Radio Agents Snoop on Axis Spies," focused on the World War II listening post at Chopmist Hill in Scituate.
